Who to Call? City or TOA?

 
The Management Team often receives calls from residents related to questions or issues that could be directed to the City of Southlake or the City of Colleyville instead. To provide some clarification, following is a list of several common issues that should be directed to either the TOA or your respective city. If in doubt, please Contact the Management Team for additional assistance.
 
City of Colleyville or City of Southlake
 
Colleyville: Call on Colleyville Citizen Request
 
Southlake: Southlake Serves, call 817-748 -8400 during the office hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm
 
  • Public street maintenance, curbs, drainage, flooding
  • Animal control such as leash ordinances, pet waste and safety, disposal of roadkill, pet noise
  • Enforcement of motor vehicle laws, parking hazards, golf cart use
  • Utilities including trash collection and watering restrictions
  • Construction & building permits
  • Neighbor & noise disturbances, health hazards

  • Common area maintenance including fencing, landscaping, trees, and monument lighting
  • Hardscaping such as retaining walls, monuments, sidewalks
  • Irrigation system leaks or malfunctions
  • Fountains and ponds

  • Compliance & deed restriction violations, exterior home modifications
  • Yard maintenance & fencing, storage & screening of trash receptacles
  • Amenities including access key cards, hours, rules, and clubhouse rentals
