- Public street maintenance, curbs, drainage, flooding
- Animal control such as leash ordinances, pet waste and safety, disposal of roadkill, pet noise
- Enforcement of motor vehicle laws, parking hazards, golf cart use
- Utilities including trash collection and watering restrictions
- Construction & building permits
- Neighbor & noise disturbances, health hazards
Timarron Owners Association
- Common area maintenance including fencing, landscaping, trees, and monument lighting
- Hardscaping such as retaining walls, monuments, sidewalks
- Irrigation system leaks or malfunctions
- Fountains and ponds
- Tennis or pickleball courts, nets, or wind screens
- Compliance & deed restriction violations, exterior home modifications
- Yard maintenance & fencing, storage & screening of trash receptacles
- Amenities including access key cards, hours, rules, and clubhouse rentals
