One of the most popular amenities at Timarron are the tennis and pickleball courts. These courts are for the exclusive use of Timarron residents and their guests. There are currently 6 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts spread over three locations:
- Bent Creek Neighborhood Center - 4 designated tennis courts. All courts are reservable.
- Cascades Neighborhood - 2 tennis courts and lined for 4 pickleball courts. Four roll-on pickleball nets are stored along the fence. Reservations can be made for one tennis court (Court 1) and two pickleball courts (Courts 2A and 2B).
- Wentwood Neighborhood Center - 4 designated pickleball courts. All courts are reservable.
All pickleball courts are lined over the existing tennis courts and use portable nets. The courts are open from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily.
