Monitoring Timarron's common grounds to ensure they are maintained at consistent, high-quality appearance. The committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for improvements, updates, and enhancements to those common grounds. |

Collecting, evaluating, reviewing, and passing determination on all requests for modifications, additions, and alterations to the exterior portion of homeowner properties. |
| New Construction |
Defining and publishing the Design Review Guidelines, which are clarifications and enhancements to the rules that were included in the original declaration. The committee also reviews and rules on requests for variances that arise out of Modification Requests. |

Plan and deliver social activities and events for all residents that helps promote a sense a community. |
| Tennis & Pickleball |
Advising the Board of Directors on the use and maintenance of the Association tennis and pickleball courts. |

Managing the association's water system. |
