Neighborhoods

 

 

 

There are 17 individual neighborhoods within Timarron which contain a total of 1551 homes.  Fifteen (15) of these neighborhoods are in Southlake and two (2) are in Colleyville.  While Chadwick Crossing, located at the end of Byron Nelson Parkway (refer to the Community Map), is physically located in Colleyville (and pay property taxes to the City of Colleyville), all homes in this neighborhood have Southlake mailing addresses and are zoned for Carroll ISD schools in Southlake.

 

Chadwick Crossing is also a gated community. There is a separate sub-association, Chadwick Crossing at Timarron Homeowners Association, that manages that neighborhood. It was incorporated on 8/28/2003. The neighborhood is a member of the Timarron Owners Association, it elects Voting Members and otherwise participates in TOA governance, and its homeowners can use Timarron amenities. Chadwick Crossing is self-managed and has a separate Board of Directors with authority over Chadwick Crossing affairs. The owners in Chadwick Crossing pay the master Timarron assessment as well as their sub-association assessment.
