The Timarron Owners Association is professionally managed by RealManage Elevated Onsite, who oversees administrative duties and the Association’s day-to-day operations under the direction of the Board of Directors. This includes homeowner engagement and communication, billing and collection of assessments, contract negotiation, vendor supervision, financial statements, budget preparation, enforcement of use restrictions, and many other related needs.
 
Your RealManage Elevated Onsite Account
 
We highly encourage all property owners in Timarron to set up a secure, private, online account with RealManage Elevated Onsite. To do so, click on the Owner/Resident Portal image on the Home page or the Owner/Resident Portal link under the Resources menu above. This will redirect you to the Ciranet website, where you can access your account or register for a new one. Once logged in, you’ll have convenient 24-hour access to a number of functions, including account status, payment options, association documents, compliance standing, and sending messages to RealManage Elevated Onsite.
 
On-Site and Corporate Customer Care
 
RealManage Elevated Onsite provides both on-site staff and a residents service group to support the needs of Timarron residents. Our on-site office is located at 700 Wentwood Drive in Southlake, TX where you can speak directly to a member of our Management Team.
